What If I Already Have A Data Product?

We will work closely with you before your renewal date to make sure you completely understand our solution, as well as helping you to re-create all of your reports and queries as part of our initial set-up visit.

What if I only need the data a couple times a year and don’t feel that I need an annual subscription?

We have a reporting service called AIRS (Airport Information Reporting Service) as well as provide one-off ad hoc reports. Please see our Products page for more info.

What type of training and support is provided?

We are committed to an initial account onsite visit to help make sure all reports and queries are set-up and structured correctly so that you can hit the ground running on day one!

Which payment options do I have?

We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual invoicing and accept multiple payment methods.

What’s the difference between Airline Data Inc and Data Base Products?

Airline Data Inc = “Data Base Products.” Same company. Same great data. Same great history. We have decided to build onto that history and become Airline Data Inc! Our new name focuses on our history and strength in airline data. That combined with The Hub, as well as our strong background in aviation and customer support, augments who we are and what we do.
